The Safe Babies initiative through First3Years seeks to guide the care and transitions of infants and toddlers in the child welfare system. They provide training to birth parents and caregivers for development, coparenting, visitations and the reunification process. They even have professional development opportunities for child welfare stakeholders, including an annual conference.

This training is open to both DFPS & Empower workers.
